New Tenant Work Request Option
We have a new system for submitting and tracking maintenance requests, called Building Engines. This system will allow us to more rapidly and efficiently respond to your requests, as well as allowing you check up on them at any time, or update them as necessary. To login to this system, please use the following link and login credentials:
www.pneinterests.buildingengines.com
Username: your first initial plus last name (ex. John Doe would be jdoe)
Password: pneklund123
When logging in for the first time, you will have the opportunity to change your password if desired and confirm your contact information.
If any request that you submit is completed by our staff, you will be automatically notified by the system. Utilizing this system is as much about making our time more efficient as it is for yours, so we urge you to submit all future requests through Building Engines when possible.
