1200 PEARL

Located in the heart of downtown Boulder on the prime corner of Broadway and Pearl Street, this mixed-use building provides superior retail and commercial office space and is conveniently surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and shops.
The Broadway Building was constructed in 1918-1920 as the First National Bank of Boulder. After acquiring the property through this partnership, P.N. Eklund Interests initiated two historic renovation and rehabilitation projects, in 1986 and 1990. The result was the combination of all of the historical elements of the building with some new, interesting architectural and functional spaces. When crossing the threshold of the Broadway entrance one will even find some of the original marble paneling from the old bank.
The Broadway Building is a “Contributing Building” in both the Downtown National Historic District and the City of Boulder Downtown Historic District.
