In addition to office space, Office Partners on Pearl offers a furnished Reception Lobby, Kitchen/cafe with complementary coffee and tea service and use of our 4 Conference Rooms. Our building offers beautiful views of Downtown Boulders Pearl Street Mall and the beautiful Flatirons Mountain backdrop. Downtown has a vibrant network of local and international professionals, government services and the University of Colorado. There are over 80 restaurants, 150 shops, abundant nightlife, entertainment and extensive public transportation.

A bit of building and company history:
The 1200 Pearl Building, home to Office Partners on Pearl, was originally constructed in 1918-1920 as the First National Bank. It was one of the first buildings in Colorado to utilize a structural frame of steel completely enclosed in concrete.
The First National Bank eventually moved across the street to 1800 Broadway, in 1954.
In 1986, the building was purchased from Bob Rudzinski, John Capparelli and Joe Piper by a partnership of six individuals.
After purchasing the historic building, the partnership ushered in some major renovations, which included: connecting the two buildings, updating the 3rd floor offices, incorporating a reception area, and establishing Office Partners on Pearl on March 3, 1986.
During this time, there was also a restaurant by the name of “What’s Up” on the second floor and medical offices on the fifth floor, the rest of the building was small office space.
More major renovations took place in 1988 when the restaurant moved out and the first floor became an Esprit clothing store, and then again in 1990 when the 2nd floor was expanded to accommodate more offices and the Pearl Street front entry stair was remodeled.
Throughout renovations, the goal was to maintain the historic elements and character of the building – some of the original marble paneling from the First National Bank can even be found just inside the Broadway entrance.
Today, the Broadway Building houses more than 55 office suites, as well as several popular shops.
