Paul Eklund has been in the real estate business since 1973, and founded P.N. Eklund Interests in 1984 to assist property owners seeking to add value to their real estate investments.
Real estate is a tangible asset whose value enhancement depends on day-to-day management throughout its life-cycle. As an asset management company, we adopt the roles and concerns of the property owner and take care of all of the details, acting as a de facto landlord.
We manage from start to finish – acquisition to disposition and everything in between. We serve as an advisor, providing both industry knowledge and expertise to ensure optimized and maximized value in our client's investments.
Our asset management team is comprised of both in-house specialists, as well as outside consultants. We provide analysis, finance, leasing, design input, accounting and property management.
